The Society's Annual General Meeting (AGM) is fast approaching
President, Andrew Day, is looking forward to welcoming members of the Society to the AGM. This meeting will be held Thursday, 27 November 2025 from 12:25PM. This timing is the second half of the lunch session on Day 2 of our Annual Scientific Meeting. Leaving you time to grab some fab food from what's on offer in the Exhibition Hall.
The AGM is an opportunity to hear about the mahi we have done in the past year, as well as learn about the next year's goals and aspirations.
We will hear from Professor Andrew Day, our current President, endorse our President Elect for 2027 - 2028, and see how we faired financially in the 2024 - 2025 fiscal year.
We are still finalising our agenda for AGM 2025 however we know we'll be
celebrating honorary members - if you know a member who is retiring, please be sure to nominate them.
saying farewell to our Executive Members stepping down
hearing from our Executive Officer on some new website initiatives

We'll be sharing the agenda, information on items (if needed), and our proxy form closer to the date.
We look forward to seeing you in Palmerston North at the NZSG-NZgNC ASM on 26 to 28 November and at our AGM.
