NZSG Exec Strategic Planning Day
NZSG's inaugural strategic plan is ready for edition #2 and our Executive Committee will meet on 31 July to consider the broad initiatives the Society should focus on over the next 5 years.
The current plan has 7 key initiatives that assist us in what we do they are:
1. Achieving excellence in training and education
2. Advocacy
3. Supporting the advancement of gastroenterology and innovation in the field 4. Keeping members informed, supported, and involved in the Society
5. Championing equity and valuing inclusion in the profession and treatment access
6. Building partnerships with key stakeholders that align with NZSG
7. Financial security, transparency & accountability
Is something missing from the above? Is there a key piece of work to consider in the above?
Please share your thoughts with us by emailing your suggestions to office@nzsg.org.nz BEFORE Friday 24 July 2026.
